Within just three days of your initial inquiry, we promptly arrange a personal visit to meticulously assess and understand your unique and specific needs in detail, carefully create a fully customised and highly tailored care plan designed to suit your requirements perfectly, and conduct a thorough, detailed, and comprehensive health and safety evaluation of your home environment to ensure everything meets the highest standards of safety and comfort.
Continuity of Care
To ensure consistency and routine, we try to keep the number of employees working with each client to a maximum of two, allowing for seamless coverage during absences or holidays. For companionship packages that require seven-day-a-week assistance, we deploy a team of four staff members to ensure seamless operations. For example, if a client needs four visits per day, four team members are assigned to minimise disruptions while covering any sickness, training, or holiday absences. This ensures that the care package is consistent and trustworthy at all times.
